ABSOLUTE LACK OF CUSTOMER 'SERVICE' - DELIBERATE OBSCURATION/INCOMPETENCE - IT'S A SCAM! I paid a significant amount for two flights. I am pregnant and was supposed to travel with my young child. Unfortunately, I experienced severe health issues leading up to the flight. I collected multiple doctor's notes confirming I was UNFIT TO FLY. Despite providing all necessary documentation, I was met with ridiculous inquiries unrelated to my situation. Just two days before my flight, I received an email stating my doctor's note lacked detail. Even after offering my doctor's contact information for verification, my refund request was denied! I was told I misunderstood their policy regarding refunds. I am extremely stressed, unwell, and now financially strained. This has been the worst experience with any company I have encountered. I feel utterly distraught.
