I had to cancel my travel plans due to an emergency with my elderly dog. My flight was scheduled for December 24th. I submitted my cancellation request promptly, but it was denied the same day. They claimed it was a foreseeable event, despite my dog's sudden health crisis. I understand why they have such a low rating. Their cancellation protection seems to be a ploy to keep your money, not to support customers. I paid for this protection, thinking it would provide peace of mind, but it seems they look for any excuse not to refund. I was looking forward to spending the holidays with my family after such a long time, and now I feel I’ve lost that opportunity. This is truly disappointing.
