I was furloughed and asked for a refund because I couldn't attend, as the furlough significantly affected us. They as for proof, I send a cut of the paystub showing that it's true and they send me this "Hi Javier,Thank you for reaching out to us.We truly understand how difficult and frustrating this situation must have been for you, and we sincerely empathize with the circumstances you’ve experienced.I have carefully reviewed your application, and while we fully recognize how important this trip was to you, our Terms and Conditions define “Emergency Circumstances” as unforeseen events that are entirely beyond your control and prevent attendance through no fault of your own.Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide assistance for incidents related to furloughs, government shutdowns, or financial difficulties, as these circumstances fall outside the scope of emergencies covered under our terms. As such, and in line with our refund terms, we are unable to approve your request on this occasion.
