I found out I was pregnant and by that time had already purchased my ticket. I emailed them advising it wasn’t recommended by my doctor to fly out during the later stages of my pregnancy and on top of that too have been diagnosed with a health condition which would pose a threat to my baby’s life. I have provided 3 seperate medical certs all specifying what my doctor has said and this is what keep asking for more and more things. As a pregnant woman who previously lost their child to a miscarriage, I shouldn’t need to have to explain my whole medical history to be able to get a refund for tickets I paid extra for to be eligible for a refund. This is what I get in response: “I have already outlined the reasons why your application does not meet the criteria under our Terms of Service multiple times. As we have provided the service you purchased and agreed to, unfortunately, this outcome is final.If we receive the updated note with details as requested earlier, then we will reopen the application and proceed further, or alternatively, please let me know if you would like to accept the cancellation fee back, and I will ensure this is processed ASAP. You can then directly cancel the booking from Aunt Betty as explained earlier too.This applictaion is currently on hold.Regards.MaryCX Supervisor”Scam of a company. Disgusting people.
