UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT - CLEAR LACK OF COMPETENCE - IT FEELS LIKE A SCAM! PLEASE AVOID! I spent £1300 on two flights from a city to another country. Being six months pregnant and traveling with my three-year-old, I started experiencing severe lower pains a week before the flight, leaving me bedridden at times. I obtained three separate doctor’s notes stating I was UNFIT TO FLY, along with numerous appointments as proof. Instead of addressing my situation, I was asked irrelevant questions, like those regarding car hire in the destination country. I explained my situation, supported by all necessary documentation, only to receive an email two days before the flight claiming my note lacked detail. I even provided my doctor’s contact information, and she was willing to speak with them directly. Yet, my refund was completely denied! One email even mentioned, 'sorry you have misunderstood our policy... we don’t just refund for any reason.' My reason aligned with their policy and was substantiated with evidence. I am incredibly stressed, unwell, heavily pregnant, and now facing financial strain.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. I am genuinely distraught.
