They do really good inprocessing of the information. Nonetheless it took 6 months to get money. From the promised price you get 70%, they take 30% for doing the work. Because it didn’t go as they wanted to I got only 50%. I got an update only when they managed to do any progress. But I hit them up monthly to get updates with the same answer… the airliner does not respond or we do everything we can. It is better than nothing but I believe the progress and customer service can still be improved.
