Terrible Experience

I'm surprised this company has received so many positive reviews. It's difficult to believe anyone has had a positive interaction with them. If you check the reviews on a review platform, you'll see the real sentiments. In my case, the service meant protecting the company from refunding customers. I booked a hotel through a third party and was sold an additional service for $250 to allow late cancellations. Unfortunately, my mother (who has cancer) required hospice care earlier than expected, so I sought a refund. The service claimed my mother's condition was a 'pre-existing condition,' which disqualified me from receiving a refund. I advise anyone to steer clear of this company or any site affiliated with them. For genuine reviews, search on the review platform.
