I'm astonished that this company has received so many positive reviews. It's difficult to understand how anyone could have a good experience with them. If you check reviews on a certain platform, you'll see the true sentiments of others. In my case, "Refund Protect" seems to prioritize shielding companies from issuing refunds to customers. I booked a hotel through a third party and was offered the Refund Protect service for an extra $250 to allow for late cancellations. Unfortunately, my mother, who is battling cancer, entered hospice care sooner than anticipated, prompting me to request a refund. Refund Protect then stated that my mother's cancer was a "pre-existing condition," which disqualified me from receiving a refund. I strongly advise anyone reading this to steer clear of the service or any platform that utilizes Refundable.me. For genuine feedback, look up Refundable.me on that platform.
