I received the wrong laptop, which was described as being in excellent condition but had scratches all over it. The processor was not as advertised. I ordered a specific model and received something completely different. When I asked for support, they requested I send it back with a written note, despite my prior complaint. If they can't even send the correct item, they should have better customer service.
