I purchased a phone advertised as 'Very Good' condition, and the experience has been quite disappointing. The delivery was chaotic, with the date shifting multiple times, leaving me uncertain about its arrival.
When the device finally showed up, it fell short of the quality I anticipated for its rating. It began overheating right after setup, and I received an 'Unverified Battery' warning despite claims of a new battery. This is not what I expected from something rated this highly.
Now, I must reach out to the support team to sort out a return or replacement, which is frustrating given the amount spent on a refurbished device. I had hoped for a more seamless experience and a product that lived up to its description. Update: Since my initial review, things have only gotten worse. The phone continues to overheat significantly, even with minimal use, making me uneasy about using or charging it. It feels like a safety risk, and I'm genuinely concerned it might worsen or cause damage.
As a result, I no longer want a replacement and am requesting a full refund instead. This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing and far from what I expected from a device in 'Very Good' condition.
