Used the "sell your phone for cash" option in combination with the 2nd phone I bought through refurbed. Originally they offered a reasonable price, after receiving the phone reduced to Zero. Reason: missing CE label. Ironically I had purchased that device through refurbed 2 years earlier. Their reaction: "Oh, that's not us. There are multiple dealers on our platform."
Seriously?? How would I as consumer capture a detail like that? The credibility of their dealers is on the platform to validate, not me as consumer.
