Firstly I love Refy products - am so please I found them. But customer service takes it to another level. Unfortunately my last delivery was despatched with Evri - who have lost multiple parcels - and this one disappeared also. Customer service were responsive , helpful and friendly, offering a refund or replace no quibble. Luckily neither was needed as on this occasion Evri actually found the ‘previously delivered’ (?!) parcel and ACTUALLY delivered it. Despite that experience, my Refy experience was 5 stars plus - thanks to Emily & Heather.
