A great experience with Refy!
Ordered a big set off their website, allowing me to get the make up pouch free of charge. The items arrived packaged beautifully, however, missing the make up pouch. I emailed Refy and within a day, Olivia on the customer service team emailed back stating that they have put a replacement order on for the pouch and apologised greatly for the mishap.
The order was visible on my account as FOC and arrived just in time for Christmas as they made it a priority.
All items are beautiful and I am wearing them daily, finally found a make up company that complements my skin and needs well. I have been reverted to Refy and there is no going back.

Disappointing delivery service. It seems that the company is utilizing a delivery service that does not prioritize excellent customer experience. They often avoid making delivery attempts, claiming that customers are not home, to conveniently drop off at a collection point instead. When I shared my concerns with the company, I received the following response: "Unfortunately, any complaints or grievances regarding delivery need to be addressed directly with the courier, and we cannot file complaints on your behalf. While we appreciate your purchase was made through us, we merely pack and dispatch the order. Any issues you face afterwards are entirely beyond our control, and we cannot offer compensation for delivery problems, as these are unfortunately out of our hands." Really? Who chose the delivery service? It certainly wasn't me! If you offer customers the option for home delivery, you must treat that part of the process as an integral aspect of your brand and handle it accordingly. Many businesses fail to recognize this, and sadly, their products suffer due to the negative experience.
I had a very disappointing experience due to excessively long order processing times without any explanation (the order was placed on November 26th, and I'm concerned about future delays). Poor management of the shipment by the logistics center was evident. I received an email asking me to contact the carrier about delivery issues, which I confirmed upon receiving the package on December 5th, due to an incomplete address transcription. Additionally, the response times via messaging were too long and unacceptable. I doubt I will purchase from this company again.
I absolutely adore this brand; it's been wonderful for my sensitive skin! I would definitely purchase again for myself and as gifts! The support team is always quick to respond and handle any concerns! A big thank you for your assistance!
