I paid £240 and completed the onboarding process and questionnaire. However, the platform failed to match me with a suitable therapist as per the brief. I canceled immediately and requested a refund. Their initial response confirmed that a refund would be processed, but after four follow-up emails and five weeks, I still have not received it. I'm in a worse situation than before, with no therapy and no money. I strongly advise avoiding this company and seeking a therapist directly. I wish I had done that.
