This service is a scam. I wanted to start therapy sessions with my husband since we have a child on the way, and now I'm out over $400 in subscription charges. I only attended one session, thinking I paid $80 per session, not per week! In this economy, it's outrageous to exploit people like this. We need every penny with a child on the way, and I demand a full refund. It's unacceptable for a company to take advantage of those in need of help. Completely unethical.
Therapists vary in quality. My previous therapist was inflexible, while the current one is good, but the app's poor performance ruins the experience! Joining a video call often leads to a blank screen, wasting 15 minutes of my time. It's not worth the £250 monthly fee. Additionally, I've been locked out of my account for weeks, despite ongoing charges. It makes you question what they do with the money. Better to cancel and pay the therapist directly!

Similar to other reviews, the payment system is terrible. There's no information on how to withdraw your application, even though it's mentioned in the T&Cs at sign-up. I've reached out to customer service but only receive automated replies with no follow-up on processing my refund. I've been charged for services I did not use, and no therapist has been assigned.

The therapist was unprofessional, used inappropriate language, and suggested that their field contributed to societal issues.
