Similar to other reviews, the payment system is terrible. There's no information on how to withdraw your application, even though it's mentioned in the T&Cs at sign-up. I've reached out to customer service but only receive automated replies with no follow-up on processing my refund. I've been charged for services I did not use, and no therapist has been assigned.
