I paid £240 and completed the onboarding process and questionnaire, but the platform failed to connect me with a suitable therapist according to the brief. I cancelled right away and requested a refund. Initially, they confirmed the refund would be processed, but after 4 follow-up emails and 5 weeks, I still haven't received it. I'm in a worse situation than before—no therapy and no money. I suggest avoiding this company and seeking a therapist directly. I wish I had done that.
