I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Regatta and won’t be ordering again.
As a signed-up member, I was supposed to receive free shipping, yet when I placed my order I noticed I had been charged for delivery. I expected this would be sorted quickly, but that wasn’t the case.
When the parcel finally arrived, the item didn’t fit properly, so I had to return it following Regatta’s official returns procedure — at my own expense. Having already been incorrectly charged for shipping in the first place, this was frustrating enough.
What made the situation far worse was the refund process. It took over six weeks and numerous emails to customer service before I finally received my refund. I was given repeated assurances and promises that it was being dealt with, but nothing happened without me chasing it up again and again. To add insult to injury, I never received a refund for the original shipping fee that I should not have been charged in the first place.
Overall, a very poor customer service experience, slow refunds, broken promises, and additional out-of-pocket costs. I expected much better.
