The customer care from this company is appalling
I received an online order. The package arrived damaged and the paperwork was missing so I didn't have any information regarding returns. There is no working phone number to contact them so I had to email.
All I wanted to know was what is the returns time frame? Do I have 28 days 30 days 14 days? Can I return online items to store? Is the return date from the date the order was placed or from when the order was received?
However, this rather simple request proved far too much for them to possibly handle and after around eight emails I am left to leaving them a negative review on here as I still have no idea how long I have to return the item
