After a week, I tried to contact the company for tracking and found customer service lacking, which made me anxious after seeing negative reviews online. To be safe, I ordered a cheaper alternative from a third-party seller, planning to give it as a gift instead. Fortunately, both masks arrived a few days later, and I was relieved and thrilled! They worked perfectly right out of the box, appeared to be of good quality, and came in attractive gift packaging. The sale was better than expected, as they included an extra mask. I've been using one myself, and it works great! It’s definitely superior to the cheaper alternative. While the alternative had a remote, it was corded and could only be used while plugged in. In contrast, this product is cordless! It does shut off after about 15 minutes for safety, which I appreciate, as it should not be used longer than that anyway. It charges quickly, is easy to operate, and the instructions are clear. I'm really enjoying it! My only minor concerns are the lack of customer service and that the strap could be stronger. I would also like to see protective eye covers included. It's advisable to wash your face before and after use, perform a quick skin sensitivity test, and apply a serum before use for optimal results. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase!
