Disappointing experience with the mask

After using the mask four times, I developed a rash resembling a sunburn on my face. I consulted a dermatologist and received a prescription for a non-steroidal cream that cost $125. The customer service was lacking, but they eventually replied and provided an address for returning the mask. I'm worried about the return process since I'm unsure if I will receive a refund. Overall, I'm not satisfied.

Positive Experience with the Product

I initially read a positive review from a dermatology school about the product. They had a buy one/get one sale with a neck piece, so I bought a few as gifts. After a week, I tried to reach out to the company for tracking, only to find customer service lacking, which made me anxious after seeing negative feedback online. To be safe, I ordered a cheaper alternative from a third-party seller, planning to gift it instead. Thankfully, both masks arrived separately a few days later, and I was relieved and pleasantly surprised! They worked right out of the box and appeared to be of good quality, arriving in attractive packaging. Their sale was even better than I expected, with an extra mask included. So far, the product works well and is far superior to the cheaper alternative. While the alternative had a remote, it was corded and could only be used while plugged in. In contrast, this product is cordless! It shuts off after about 15 minutes for safety, which I appreciate. It charges quickly, is easy to use, and the instructions are clear. I'm really enjoying it! My only minor concerns are the lack of customer service and that the strap could be stronger. I would also like to see protective eye covers included. It's advisable to wash your face before and after use, perform a quick skin sensitivity test, and apply a serum before use for optimal results. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase!

Inaccurate Reviews - My Experience is Different

I believe the reviews here do not reflect my experience. I've been using both the face mask and the neck mask, and I've definitely noticed improvements in both areas. The red light is at 633nm, which is the lowest wavelength available, making this product very affordable. Most other masks operate around 350-400nm but include wavelengths from 633-660nm and also have NIR capabilities for deeper penetration. These are genuine red lights, not just LEDs. I plan to keep using this until I feel my skin has reached its potential and then consider stronger, pricier options. Don’t let the reviews discourage you if you've already purchased this mask.

Scam - Never Received My Order

I ordered this product from their website before I encountered the negative reviews. I took a chance, and it shipped from overseas on Nov. 12, 2025. Today is Dec. 10, 2025, and the tracking indicates it was delivered on Dec. 3, 2025, but I have not received it. I have a security camera that shows no delivery occurred. I can't reach the company and feel cheated out of my $130.
