Hesitated after reading reviews but seems so far so good , received product about week later, it is a budget option , I use the neck pc on my hair and the face mask Is firm on face so I add the foam off Covid shield lol to protect face . I do see subtle improvements as I have skin issues , cellulitis ,very sensitive skin…not wanting to speak too early but irritation seems decreased . I do recommend this product, fraction of cost of other ones and seems to be helping , the customer service and shipping was great , not sure why everyone is complaining about this product…will write progress review in some time but so far so good.
