Initially was a bit worried since I didn’t get any updates from PostNL so I reached out to customer service just in case - turns out I picked the non-tracking parcel option, so that was on me! Definitely pick the tracking option if you want to keep an eye on your order! Customer service replied really quickly and they were very kind, I received my order and the bracelets look beautiful, I would love to shop here again!
