I ordered 2 matching bracelets just a week before Valentine’s Day! Initially was a bit worried since I didn’t get any updates from PostNL so I reached out to customer service just in case - turns out I picked the non-tracking parcel option, so that was on me! Definitely pick the tracking option if you want to keep an eye on your order! Customer service replied really quickly and they were very kind, I received my order and the bracelets look beautiful, I would love to shop here again!

My order was accepted, payment done! But my order was not delivered! Ive been waiting for 14 days and they still did not give me any updates/ feedbacks! No communication at all! Kept my payment up till now! Saw multiple cases as well in their instagram that other customers have the same issues! Do not trust them
Horrible customer experience. Order a ring and 2 custom-made items for valentines gift in January. They reach out on the 2nd day and give me a PostNord tracking, but this tracking has been just “registered” for weeks. I sent an email to ask about the status, and they just reply robotically, asking me the check the tracking status (which is still registered). And no reply since then. I am suspecting if this is a scam.

I made a first purchase on the website and the jewellery I ordered, although beautiful, didn’t turned out exactly how I wanted - which is my bad for not checking properly, i reached out to the customer service to see if I could exchange and they were super quick to find a solution and very kind. The jewellery is stunning, very good quality and price, fast delivery, I will definitely order again from this website!
I would have given 0 stars if that were an option.My experience with Regina Jewelry has been extremely disappointing. The claim of “top-level customer support” and a 4.9/5 Trustpilot rating does not reflect the service I have received.I live in Amsterdam & their store is also based in Amsterdam, yet I still have not received my order. I have reached out multiple times via email and received only one response. After waiting 15 days, the only reply I got—8 days ago—was “it might be there already,” which was neither helpful nor a resolution.As a customer, I expect timely and clear communication, especially when there is an issue. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here.I strongly encourage others to consider ordering from a more reliable store and NOT WITH THEM.
26/1/26..recieved my order to only be very dissapointed...3 pairs of earrings arrived in a little bag...chilli pepper earrings are as cheap as chips..i emailed them today...and awaiting reply...not happy at all with purchase...update! excellant service from customer service offer of choosing another item of jewelrey plus PP. paid..so 10/10 for their service.
Terrible customer service, parcel was sent back to them twice and they pretend I received it even though the Postage company say the opposite, DO NOT TRUST THEM ⚠️⚠️It has been a month now, they take a week minimum to respond and they ask me to seek for the answer with the postage company even PostNL told me Regina Jewelry is in the wrong and should be doing the moves, but no they don't do anything. + Their products are bullshit drop shipping, you can find the identical ones on AliExpress but they are waay cheaper there.
Really disappointed with my order, only 1 thing sort of looks like the pictures on the website. Not only that I did not receive the rest of my order and have yet to receive some of sort of communication to advise why it's so delayed. It was not worth the almost £200 spend. I was really looking forward to wearing the pieces with my sister but it's honestly not all that. So disappointing
