I would have given 0 stars if that were an option.My experience with Regina Jewelry has been extremely disappointing. The claim of “top-level customer support” and a 4.9/5 Trustpilot rating does not reflect the service I have received.I live in Amsterdam & their store is also based in Amsterdam, yet I still have not received my order. I have reached out multiple times via email and received only one response. After waiting 15 days, the only reply I got—8 days ago—was “it might be there already,” which was neither helpful nor a resolution.As a customer, I expect timely and clear communication, especially when there is an issue. Unfortunately, that has not been the case here.I strongly encourage others to consider ordering from a more reliable store and NOT WITH THEM.
