Horrible customer experience. Order a ring and 2 custom-made items for valentines gift in January. They reach out on the 2nd day and give me a PostNord tracking, but this tracking has been just “registered” for weeks. I sent an email to ask about the status, and they just reply robotically, asking me the check the tracking status (which is still registered). And no reply since then. I am suspecting if this is a scam.
