How can this company have a 4.5-star rating when they are clearly terrible? We recently switched providers and were promised exceptional service. Instead, it has been disappointing. Initial speed tests showed high speeds, but then they dropped significantly. When I reported the issue, I was told repeatedly that it was not their concern. They sent a box that I never received and have ignored my emails. We are switching providers again.
