This company is a disaster. I waited for weeks for engineers who kept canceling appointments, only to be told they wouldn't install broadband due to work that was clearly communicated beforehand. To make matters worse, they didn't even contact me directly but had another company do their dirty work. They took my money and delivered nothing but empty promises. I recommend avoiding this service entirely.
