I was without internet for several days after my 4G connection went down and had to be changed to 5G. I found the experience really frustrating, especially when it was taking so long to get an engineer booked in, and the phone support was not helping ease the stress.That said, the engineer Nik was absolutely brilliant. He came out twice, was never in a rush, very polite and funny, and took the time to explain everything in simple terms that I could understand. His approach made a huge difference. If it was not for the quality of his service, I would have been left feeling very let down by how long I was without internet.Thank you to Nik for the great support.
