After booking online, I traveled 25 miles for my appointment at 3:30 PM, arriving early. My husband and I did some shopping beforehand. When I reached the salon at 3:20 PM, I was told to return at 4:15 PM due to only two staff members being present. Knowing the salon closes at 5:00 PM, I felt they would rush my procedure. They had my contact information but never reached out before or during our time in Gateshead. As a long-time customer, I was shocked by this unprofessionalism. I will not be returning and expect a full refund.
