The service was good, and they managed to fit me in last minute. However, the stylist didn’t communicate the prices clearly, and I was shocked when I saw the bill at the end. I’m still in disbelief. If I had gone to a high-end salon, I could understand, but this was unexpected. Everything else was great, but the pricing issue really overshadowed the experience.
