I initially had a great experience at this salon for a blonde balayage, but my recent visit was a disaster. I was told my previous stylist was gone and agreed to suggestions that resulted in a color I disliked. The cut was uneven, and while the styling was nice, I was left unhappy with the overall outcome. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I felt blamed for agreeing to the changes. After spending more money elsewhere to fix it, I won’t be returning here again.
