After making an online booking, I traveled 25 miles for an appointment scheduled at 3:30 PM and arrived early. My husband and I spent some time window shopping starting around noon. However, when I arrived at the salon around 3:20 PM, I was informed to return at 4:15 PM due to only two staff being present. Given that the salon closes at 5:00 PM, I was concerned they would rush through the procedure I had paid for. They had my contact number but failed to notify me before I arrived or even while I was in the area. As a long-time customer, this lack of professionalism was shocking. I will not be booking with this salon again and expect a full refund.
