Since the company was acquired in 2017 for $3.6 billion, my experiences have been quite disappointing. After attending two in-person interviews in Florida, I encountered disrespectful and indifferent staff. It feels as though values of kindness and respect have diminished, particularly towards individuals from diverse backgrounds. The management should focus on retraining employees to treat all visitors with dignity. It's disheartening to sense that customers from outside the USA are not welcomed. I hope the leadership will prioritize kindness and fair treatment for everyone in their theaters nationwide.
