In 2017, when the company was acquired for $3.6 billion, I had high hopes for Regal cinemas. However, my experiences since then have been disappointing. After two in-person interviews in Fort Myers, Florida, I found the staff to be disrespectful and indifferent. It seems that the values of kindness and respect have diminished, especially towards people from various backgrounds. The management should focus on retraining employees to treat all visitors with the dignity they deserve. It's disheartening to feel that customers from outside the USA are not welcomed. I urge the leadership to prioritize kindness and fair treatment for everyone in their theaters across the country.

I ordered a popcorn bucket online, promised to arrive before Christmas. However, after contacting multiple departments, I received no help, and my order has not arrived. This company has taken my money without providing any service. I feel completely disregarded.
My recent visit confirmed there’s no reason to return to any cinema. Despite enjoying a good movie, the hassle was not worth it. The ticket prices were not displayed anywhere, and the seat selection process was cumbersome. I can watch the movie at home without the trouble.

I was shocked to find out that movie tickets are now $17.95 each. A night out at the movies for two has become incredibly expensive, and I will wait for films to be available for home viewing instead. Other venues offer better prices and discounts.
