This is regarding a refund that we have still not received to date.
I left a review last week, and I noted a response from Ms. Lorraine Brule. However, despite that public reply, I have not received direct communication or follow-up from the team.
We also sent a follow-up email to Simon Gichuhi, Manager of Regus Kenya, copying the team, in good faith and with the expectation of receiving an update, but there has been no response. Attempts to reach him by phone today have also gone unanswered.

This continuous delay is both concerning and frustrating. It demonstrates a clear lack of, or neglect of, after-sales customer support and reflects poorly on the company’s service standards.
