Review Time
I feel completely misled by the Regus sales team. After signing up, I realized within the first month that the service was not a good fit for my needs. I spoke directly with both an agent and a manager to request an early termination option or reasonable cancellation fee, but I was told there is absolutely no way out and that I am required to keep paying monthly fees all the way through December 2026.
This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. I made a good-faith effort to resolve the issue early, yet instead of working toward a solution, I was warned that my account could be sent to collections if I stop paying. That level of pressure is extremely disappointing and stressful for a customer who simply wanted to cancel shortly after starting.
Customer beware — make sure you fully understand every detail of the agreement before committing. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious, and it makes me question how they handle their physical office clients as well.
Visited Regus Brentwood (Great Warley) on the 19th. Around 20 minutes later, I received a call asking if I had signed the contract that had just been emailed. I was told the agreement was on a monthly rolling basis, so I did not feel it was necessary to go through pages of detailed terms at that moment.
On the 23rd, I found a better option elsewhere and was prepared to lose one month’s payment if needed, so I looked into cancelling. The cancellation process was not straightforward, but I eventually managed to submit it.
After cancelling, I then received invoices for a deposit, an additional month’s charge, and even a “restoration” fee for a desk that I never used. It appears the contract is not truly monthly rolling, as a full month’s notice is required starting from the 1st of the following month.
My advice to others: read the contract very carefully before signing. Once you commit, the terms are heavily weighted in Regus’ favour and written in very corporate, legal language that may not align with what you initially expect to be fair or reasonable.
I rented a space for a very short period of time back in November. I then ended the contract with them which meant that I would have nothing to do with them after December 31st.
Since then, they were ridiculously late returning my deposit, even though it clearly says they would return it within 30 days, and to top it off... They have taken over £240 from me, without any reason, which is theft. There is no way to contact anyone at the company, other than via an email which they take days to respond to. Or you can contact your community team, and even they couldn't help me.
Be very careful with them. I am still fighting to get my money back, and I haven't been there for 2 months!
I regret to share that my experience with Regus Glyfada (Labraki), Athens has been disappointing from both contractual and billing perspectives. Although a clear fee was agreed, invoices repeatedly reflected higher amounts without any written amendment, prior notice, or consent. Each time, I have had to request corrections, and proper rectifications or reimbursements have not been handled in a timely manner. From the outset, no invoice has been issued accurately. Communication and responsiveness have also fallen below reasonable professional standards. I hope this will be resolved promptly, and I strongly encourage prospective clients to review contractual terms carefully and monitor invoicing closely.
The local office staff are very helpful and friendly, but the account management and billing is a nightmare. Changes to the default card to take payment from take a month or more to process, this may show up in your account but it won't be used. Support are of very little help, and you'll still be liable for late fees even if it's their mistake. If I had any other alternative locally I'd go elsewhere.
For the last 6 months, our office 402B has had water seepage issues from the top floors. Water keeps trickling down on people sitting inside the office. For 6 months, no one from the Regus team bothered to address and resolve the issue except for lip service. The office condition is unhygienic, and office staff have to sit elsewhere to work daily. Completely hopeless management team, only interested in collecting rent. The air conditioning system has been malfunctioning for over 2 months, with no resolution. Escalated the matter, but it has fallen on deaf ears of incompetent people managing this property. We have decided to move out of this messy place after 2 years now.
Misrepresentation and Fraud to get you into an agreement which you can’t get out of .
I entered into a 12-month agreement with Regus Doxford Park based on representations made prior to signing regarding what was included within the agreed cost.
After execution of the agreement, material inconsistencies became apparent. Furniture configuration that had been described as included was later restricted. Tea said and coffee that had been described as included (with only speciality drinks chargeable) were later invoiced as additional monthly charges. An activation fee also appeared that had not been raised during discussions. Internet also became chargeable. Only thing free was oxygen
These differences significantly altered the financial position of the agreement. When I raised these concerns immediately, the focus shifted to enforcing the 12-month minimum term rather than substantively addressing the inconsistencie and the local manager was extremely rude and threatening in stead of even listening to the raised concerns, his tone was now you are trapped and you have to pay and we will not listen to anything as we are the office mafia
I have not taken occupation of the office or accessed any services.
Prospective customers should ensure that all inclusions, configurations, and charges are explicitly confirmed in writing before signin and stay away as much as possible
I cannot recommend the company based on my recent experience as a tenant. Several issues made the collaboration unnecessarily difficult:
Lack of transparency: The company withheld information about planned renovations that significantly affected the working environment. These disruptions were only communicated after they had already impacted day‑to‑day operations.
Unresolved financial matters: A straightforward financial dispute turned into a lengthy and avoidable back‑and‑forth. Instead of constructive problem‑solving, the process felt obstructive and slow.
Customer service and reimbursement handling: Although the company acknowledged that I had been overcharged, the agreed‑upon reimbursements were never processed. Repeated customer support tickets on the same issue were simply ignored, leaving the matter unresolved despite multiple attempts to follow the official procedure.
In December (05/12/2025), I attempted to sign up and pay for Regus virtual office services online at Fasttrack House, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, UK. That transaction failed due to a technical error, and no setup was completed.
I received no confirmation email, onboarding information, or service activation for this failed attempt.
On Monday (08/12/2025), I received a call from Regus stating that there had been an enquiry from me regarding a virtual office. During that call, I clearly explained that my earlier online attempt had failed and that I did not want two accounts.
The Regus representative advised me to open a new account, assuring me that the failed setup would be cancelled and that only the new account would remain active.
I proceeded based on this advice. The new account:
• Was fully paid for
• Completed onboarding and verification
• Is the only account I use
I have now paid three months in full on this active account.
Despite having paid, my mail handling services were withheld, meaning I have been paying for services I have not been allowed to use. More seriously, statutory correspondence from HMRC sent to my Regus address has also not been released, creating regulatory risk for my business which has made the situation far more concerning.
Despite this, I am now being pursued for payment on an unused, failed, and explicitly cancelled setup, with the legal collections team threatening credit bureau reporting and legal action, without:
• Reviewing call logs
• Reviewing system error records
• Confirming service activation
• Properly investigating the dispute
• Acknowledging that services were withheld
I have made repeated attempts to resolve this in good faith, including:
• Multiple phone calls
• Several physical office visits
• Direct discussions with a staff member in person
• Several written requests to close or merge the duplicate account
For clarity:
• Account to REMAIN ACTIVE: 16634861
• Account to be CANCELLED: 16629169
Beyond billing, this situation has materially affected my business. I have not been receiving my mail, which has prevented me from functioning properly and carrying out normal business operations. It is extremely distressing to be paying for a service while being unable to use it effectively, through no fault of my own.
I am not seeking special treatment — only a fair review of the facts, correction of the error, and responsible handling of a dispute that should never have escalated to this level.
This is regarding a refund that we have still not received to date.
I left a review last week, and I noted a response from Ms. Lorraine Brule. However, despite that public reply, I have not received direct communication or follow-up from the team.
We also sent a follow-up email to Simon Gichuhi, Manager of Regus Kenya, copying the team, in good faith and with the expectation of receiving an update, but there has been no response. Attempts to reach him by phone today have also gone unanswered.
For reference, this relates to the Retainer Refund CRM 09180007504 for Regal Bond.
This continuous delay is both concerning and frustrating. It demonstrates a clear lack of, or neglect of, after-sales customer support and reflects poorly on the company’s service standards.
I hope you do something about this Lorraine.
