For the last 6 months, our office 402B has had water seepage issues from the top floors. Water keeps trickling down on people sitting inside the office. For 6 months, no one from the Regus team bothered to address and resolve the issue except for lip service. The office condition is unhygienic, and office staff have to sit elsewhere to work daily. Completely hopeless management team, only interested in collecting rent. The air conditioning system has been malfunctioning for over 2 months, with no resolution. Escalated the matter, but it has fallen on deaf ears of incompetent people managing this property. We have decided to move out of this messy place after 2 years now.
