I rented a space for a very short period of time back in November. I then ended the contract with them which meant that I would have nothing to do with them after December 31st.
Since then, they were ridiculously late returning my deposit, even though it clearly says they would return it within 30 days, and to top it off... They have taken over £240 from me, without any reason, which is theft. There is no way to contact anyone at the company, other than via an email which they take days to respond to. Or you can contact your community team, and even they couldn't help me.
Be very careful with them. I am still fighting to get my money back, and I haven't been there for 2 months!
