I feel completely misled by the Regus sales team. After signing up, I realized within the first month that the service was not a good fit for my needs. I spoke directly with both an agent and a manager to request an early termination option or reasonable cancellation fee, but I was told there is absolutely no way out and that I am required to keep paying monthly fees all the way through December 2026.
This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. I made a good-faith effort to resolve the issue early, yet instead of working toward a solution, I was warned that my account could be sent to collections if I stop paying. That level of pressure is extremely disappointing and stressful for a customer who simply wanted to cancel shortly after starting.
Customer beware — make sure you fully understand every detail of the agreement before committing. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious, and it makes me question how they handle their physical office clients as well.
