I believe the company is ran by AI. Email responses are inconsistent. If you rent an office from them at their Newtown Square location, the walls are very thin, I would always hear my neighbor when they were in the office despite multiple attempts to use a sound machine in/out of the office. There have been many billing issues on their end throughout the years we have been an exceptionally good client. Currently, we're awaiting our security deposit after renting an office from them. We requested our retainer refund back in February through our online Regus account. This week will make it two weeks since Regus "issued" a refund via ACH (Per Regus management and account) but this has yet to post to our account. If you must sign an agreement with this company, you'll want to be extremely cautious. Read the fine print, and ask many questions. The facility is clean with ample parking, good for anyone that can do their work outdoors or in their lobby area.
