I ordered 4 winter tires and chose card payment.A few days later, I received an email asking me to transfer the amount in advance.I replied that they should simply charge my card — that’s why I provided my card details.Since there was no reaction, I finally transferred the money manually via online banking as well.A week later, I got an email saying the tires would soon be handed over to a courier.A few days later, the courier arrived — but only brought two tires and had no idea where the other two were. He said they would probably come a few days later.No further email arrived, but a few days later I found the other two tires just lying on the street in front of my house, without any packaging.The courier didn’t ring the bell or ask for a signature, although the shop had explicitly written “delivery against signature”.In the end, the tires did arrive — but only after three weeks, even though the website said “in stock, delivery in 3–4 days.”Not one star only because the tires finally arrived.
