Overall, the website is poorly designed, and customer service is unresponsive. Tires still not delivered

The tires have not been delivered. The company has not responded to any of my emails, aside from automatic replies. Attempting to call customer service has been a disaster: on my first try, I waited over 18 minutes before the call dropped, and on the second try, I waited over 31 minutes before the line broke again. I have yet to make contact with the support team.

They are unable to deliver tires to the correct address. I have been waiting two weeks for my tires. The delivery address I provided is 100% correct, yet they and their partner are blaming me for the error. I wanted to cancel the order, but my request was denied.
