I deleted my negative review at their request, yet they still haven't issued the refund. This feels like a tactic to buy time while they continue to attract new clients.

I even paid for my own domain and an advertising campaign that failed miserably. I have paused my account and may abandon it entirely as a significant loss. Unless you have substantial knowledge of operating platforms and can constantly correct the service team while waiting for responses, I advise staying far away and saving your money.
