Take care when ordering from this brand — the operational execution is a complete nightmare.First, although this is a Swiss brand with a Swiss corporate address, they don’t mention during the order process that products are not shipped from Switzerland. As a result, customers from the brand’s own home country (ironically!) have to pay customs and duties, which are not clearly indicated at checkout. This is legally questionable in Switzerland.Second, I initiated a return — and that’s when the real problems began. My return parcel got stuck at the border. Even though the authorities had already informed the company about the issue, they only started handling the customs declaration after I followed up myself.Later, I was told that the refund had been processed to my original payment method, but no money ever arrived. My bank confirmed that the refund was never booked. In such cases, the sender (Reina Olga) must contact their bank and initiate an investigation, but despite my repeated requests, I’ve received no feedback and still haven’t gotten my money back.My return parcel was sent on September 2nd, so I’ve been dealing with this back-and-forth for more than a month now.Seriously — I will never order from this brand again. The products may look cute at first, but the quality is poor, and everything quickly becomes messy and worn.
