Very bad app and bad customer service. The app leads you to mistakes adding additional people and the customer service does not take responsibility. This can be solved by changing the design and reimbursing the people who experienced the issues. However, they do not care at all. Moreover, the app still had issues calculating prices and it seems that it does not work offline. Worst experience with it, in an already overpriced public system that charges you 3 Euros for 7 7-minute ride (this just incentivises people to avoid paying).
