Very bad service: unreachable via phone, 2 weeks to get written answer for an emergency
Automatic payment, yet reported an unpaid 35 (!) kr travel for a child. Now her admittance is blocked. Checked app, mobilepay, all seems good. Yet problem unsolved.

Using phone check-in I accidentally checked out on a stop too early, and therefore had to check back in again to drive 2 more stops. On the phone that counts as 2 trips, meaning I had to pay for 2 tickets.The first ticket however, cost the same price as the entire trip would cost, so I requested a refund of the second ticket, as my entire trip was already covered by the price of the first ticket.Of course that was refused because of some "Policy" that was agreed upon.That is all great and all, but I already paid for the full trip, so not refunding what I paid extra is just acting in bad faith and a horrible customer experience.
Very bad app and bad customer service. The app leads you to mistakes adding additional people and the customer service does not take responsibility. This can be solved by changing the design and reimbursing the people who experienced the issues. However, they do not care at all. Moreover, the app still had issues calculating prices and it seems that it does not work offline. Worst experience with it, in an already overpriced public system that charges you 3 Euros for 7 7-minute ride (this just incentivises people to avoid paying).
App is not 100% user-friendly and if there's a mistake (i.e. with additional passengers), they will NOT help you and there's no flexibility / room for mistake at all. I don't think they care about customers because there's simply no competition. We're forced to use their service, otherwise we have to pay more. A bit ridiculous for a nation that wants to globally promote 'empati' and 'ligemulighed' to allow such thing in public transport.
The app failed to retrieve payment from Mobile Pay, something went wrong but I am on the receiving end now and not able to use the app today at all, even though I added a new payment method because Mobile Pay didn’t work- delightful app, real useful lol. There is no way to push the payment through, only waiting for 12 hours, absolutely ridiculous.
