App is not 100% user-friendly and if there's a mistake (i.e. with additional passengers), they will NOT help you and there's no flexibility / room for mistake at all. I don't think they care about customers because there's simply no competition. We're forced to use their service, otherwise we have to pay more. A bit ridiculous for a nation that wants to globally promote 'empati' and 'ligemulighed' to allow such thing in public transport.
