At first I thought I might have recurring kidney stones, but then remembered I had a urolift procedure a while back (for enlarged prostate). Upon communicating with REJUVA Fresh, I am advised to not use the machine. Their policy is once you open the delivery, it's yours. There are no returns once opened, EVEN IF THE MACHINE IS DEFECTIVE. Once opened, there are no returns. I now have a $3,500 paperweight.
