I ordered and paid for a machine yesterday after waiting for any reduced prices during the Black Friday sales, but I had no luck. The next day, after my purchase, I was bombarded with advertisements for 20% off due to Black Friday Cyber Monday. It feels like a marketing trick. I'm very disappointed. ☹️
Today I'm happy to share that I've been a loyal customer and fan of Rejuva Fresh for years. Before discovering them, our medspa worked with a range of very overpriced western laser manufacturers. We did once try a cheap device seller on eBay, which was totally fake by the way. But most of all our experience was with the big names like Fotona. While the very expensive lasers are awesome, what amazed us is Rejuva Fresh lasers are also awesome!. Ok so they don't travel to your office to demo the machine and as far as I can tell they don't invest in celebrities. But the machine quality is excellent and we are grateful for being able to majorly upgrade our business with treatments like Emshape Neo, ProteusV and Eris without going bankrupt.What's even more interesting is that Rejuva Fresh customer service is even better than most of those overpriced ones. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. And most of all they respect and treat us well. I'm happy to share this with you today because I'm really thankful I found such an honest reputable company that's put both the technology and customer first.
Very strong machine with deep energy! We got the Professional EMShape Neo and have been testing it on ourselves first before transferring it to the spa next month. Fortunately it's easily adjustable, very smart system. I'm so excited to finally offer a treatment that helps my patients strengthen their bodies and firm up!
I purchased the Personal EMShapeR Neo Elite with Upgraded Higher Power specifically for my abdomen. After my first use I had blood in my urine the next 2 days. At first I thought I might have recurring kidney stones, but then remembered I had a urolift procedure a while back (for enlarged prostate). Upon communicating with REJUVA Fresh, I am advised to not use the machine. Their policy is once you open the delivery, it's yours. There are no returns once opened, EVEN IF THE MACHINE IS DEFECTIVE. Once opened, there are no returns. I now have a $3,500 paperweight.
